Getting Help

You do not have to wait to request mental health services when you are in a crisis or in extreme need. I have many clients who I treat who may not have a definitive mental-illness or diagnosis, but simply utilize my service to talk things through, enhance their self-awareness, assist with coping strategies, or just to be proactive. Being proactive and putting your mental health as a priority is key. It is okay to ask for help. 


My Approach

I am a non-traditionalist, while utilizing evidence-based practices. You are special and should feel validated, heard and valued. In order to ensure you feel safe and have confidence in your treatment, my first assessment is you telling YOUR story. Connecting all of the "dots" and peeling that onion, requires a deep dive into the whats, whys, whens, hows, and the nows.

How It Works

Booking a session is an easy process. The first step is to book your initial intake by going to the "Book a Session." Choosing the right healthcare provider may play a huge part in improving your overall quality of life, happiness, and personal growth. Personalized care is my goal; while ensuring you receive competent, prompt and compassionate care. Your treatment plan is based on your assessment and our agreement to future appointments and sessions.

Assessment & Diagnosis

A proper evaluation, assessment, and diagnosis is essential and is the first step towards being able to properly treat mental health conditions. There are some cases where the problem may be linked to organic causes vs. a mental illness.

Medications may play a key role in treating a mental illness and symptoms. Deciding whether or not to take medications is based on your goals as a patient; coupled with weighing the benefits, and closely evaluating the risks and side effects related to your treatment options.
